The fund’s policy excludes companies in breach of the UN Global Compact, as determined by FTSE Russell and MSCI data, the ESG sources its fund factsheet names. That determination is not published, and we do not hold it.

These are different measures and they disagree. A provider’s violator list is narrower than every enforcement finding that engages a principle, and a fund screened on one would not hold a share like this in violators — the size of the figure is itself the evidence that the two definitions differ. This page therefore does not say the fund breaches its policy. It sets the findings beside the policy, so a trustee can ask the manager which of them the provider’s list reaches and why the rest are not on it.
